Activities Conducted by MHC

• - Embarked on membership drives to recruit members.
  
  
• - Organised a number of health screenings in conjunction with public forums.
  
  
• - Held a series of monthly club meetings in 2004 featuring invited experts as guest speakers to share advice on exercise, stress management, nutrition, motivation and health in general.
  
  
• - Held two annual public forums with hypertension experts as speakers and panellists themed "High Blood Pressure: Control It Before It Controls You" in 2006 and "High Blood Pressure: Which Medication Suits You Best?" in 2007.
